How It Works
Understanding Between Chassis and Handling

A car's chassis is carried by 4 wheels and 4 shock absorbers. When driving on bumpy roads, the shock of impact will be absorbed by the shock absorbers, however if the chassis is not strong enough to support the shock absorber, the overall shock of impact will not be absorbed by the shock absorber but through the chassis, causing the chassis to flex. Same thing happens when making a turn on a corner, the chassis will be twisted by the force of weight transfer. Therefore, the handling will be rough and hard to predict the movement of the car.

To minimise your cars chassis from flexing and to improve your cars handling, the Ultra Racing bars are born, we will explain how well our product works on your street/rally/circuit car. The stronger the chassis, the better handling.

Strut Bar and Lower Arm Bar

BEFORE :
Part of the shock of impact is transfered to the chassis, causing the wheel house and lower arm deformation.
  AFTER :
Equiped with the Ultra Racing's strut bar and lower arm bar, will help neutralize the shock of impact.

While entering at corner

BEFORE :
The weight is transfered and the force is gathered on one side, causing unstable handling and increasing body roll.
  AFTER :
The force will be spread out by Ultra Racing's strut bar and lower arm bar, it will stabilize the car and provide solid handling.

Fender Bar

BEFORE :
The joint between the A-pillar and front chassis, will be pushed and twist by the greater shock of impact and drag force, causing damage to the chassis.
  AFTER :
Ultra Racing's Fender bars will spread out the force of impact and strengthen that particular section, it will also prevent further damage and will offer stable handling. This is recommended for users with aftermarket shocks/coilovers.

Side Lower Bar

BEFORE :
On uneven or bumpy roads, the centre section of the chassis will have a different level of body flex, which is caused by the weight transfer between the front and rear of the vehicle.
  AFTER :
Ultra Racing's side lower bars will help stabilize the weight transfer between the front and rear of the vehicle, it will also minimize the side collisions.

Sway Bar / Anti-Roll Bar

BEFORE :
When cornering, your vehicle's weight will make the car swerve to one side, which causes body roll and making it difficult to turn in to a corner, at the same time will weaken the steering response.
  AFTER :
The upgrade version of Ultra Racing's anti roll bar, will prevent your car from swerving to one side at corners, greatly reducing body roll and higher stability while cornering
